To Whom It May Concern:
Darlene Gray of Cole, Martin & Co. has been a blessing to our
company. We had our office manager retire in October of 2004.
This person was with our company when it started in 1994.
Darlene was recommended to us by Bill Martin of Cole, Martin &
Co. Darlene was a great help to our company through this
difficult time.
Darlene is a QuickBooks consultant who is very competent in what
she does. Darlene was able to keep our accounts payable and
receivables going without missing a beat. She was also able to
clean up some old problems that had existed for some time.
Darlene is extremely professional and easy to work with. She has
even been able to teach me the basics of QuickBooks and I had no
experience with this program.
Our company’s headquarters is based in Sweden. Darlene would
have to do the month end closings and make sure they agree with
our Chief Financial Officer in Sweden. Then she would have to
make a backup of QuickBooks and send it over to him. We have
asked Darlene to do our month end and quarterly reports now
because she is proficient at what she does. Darlene also helped
train our new employee.
This summer we had to have Darlene help us out again after we
had to let an employee go. Darlene was able to find some
financial irregularities that the previous person had caused.
Because of this we did not lose any money. This once again
proves how thorough Darlene is. At the current time Darlene is
helping us train our new employee.
Darlene is an exceptional worker and a great person to work
with. I would recommend her to help any company that has any
QuickBooks problems. Even though Darlene was not an employee of
Nike Hydraulics, we felt as if we lost a valuable asset to our
company when her services were completed.
Sincerely,
Chris Shreve, Sales Manager
